Mattress Giveaway

The Rules:

• You must be 18 years or old to enter.
• Only one entry per person
• Entries can be made beginning at 12 AM February 13, 2023 through 11:59 PM February 28, 2023.
• You can enter by filling out the form below and answer the question, "How has Hope FM impacted your relationship with God?.   Share you story either in writing or record  and upload an audio clip.  Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.
• The winner will be chosen by random drawing on March 1st.
• By entering the contest, you give permission for 90.7 Hope FM to use your story, audio clip and/or image both on the air and/or the station's social media.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees and will need to provide their information to be issued a 1099 for the value of the prize and for pick up or delivery of the prize.
• The winner will be chosen by random drawing and will be contacted by 90.7 Hope FM by phone.
• Experience a new level of comfort with an adjustable base. Watch TV, read a book, use your laptop or simply relax in your bed with a virtually unlimited range of ergonomic positions.  The prize includes: a voucher for $3000 for a Seely Adjustable Bed from Kimball Appliance in Port Huron.
