Chilly Fest is moving outdoors! You can think of this almost like a winter backyard "chili" party, but in the coolest neighborhood in town! Save the dates for Jan. 27 & 28, and stroll Downtown Port Huron while enjoying outdoor activities such as LIVE ice carving, s'more station, carriage rides, chili competition and much more!
